For overnight stays with breakfast € 12.- will be deducted from the half-board price.
On your arrival your rooms will be available from 3 p.m. On your departure we would ask you to leave your rooms by 10 a.m.
Deposit: For fixed reservations € 150.- per room. Deposits made cannot be refunded.

Surcharge for Christmas and New Year's Eve: € 30.-- per person
Extra charge for double rooms used as single rooms:€ 18.- per day.
Discount for children accompanied by two persons paying the regular price:
per double room 1 additional bed possible:
each double room approx 32m² with integrated living room
up to 2 years: € 11.- with breakfast
up to 10 years: discount of 50 %/child-size portions
up to 14 years: discount of 20 % /regular portions
In a family room discounts are available with 3 persons paying the regular price.
Garage: € 7.- per day
Taking your dog or other pets with you on holiday is unfortunately not possible.
Methods of payment: cash or Maestro-EC-cards.
Cancellations:
One month at the latest prior to your arrival no costs will be charged. From one month to one week prior to your arrival we will charge 70%, for one week prior to your arrival or later 90% of the invoice amount of your holiday.
In case of early departure € 60.- per person and remaining day will be charged.
Cancellation insurance:
In case something unexpected might happen, we recommend the conclusion of Hotelstorno Plus, an insurance for guests, which covers you and your family in case of an emergency. Further information can be found on the website of the European Travel Insurance (simply click on the logo) or you can also call us.
